Daily yoga regimen reverses bone loss
A ten-year study of the effects of a 12-minute, 12-pose daily yoga regimen found increased bone mineral density in the spine, hip and femur. Further, with 90,000 hours of yoga practiced, no fractures occurred among 741 participants, indicating the safety of the practice.
