Yoga for Perimenopause or Menopause

11.19.2011

This workshop helped students live these years with a yoga practice that addresses related symptoms of the transition. They learned how to tap into their inner wisdom and identify symptoms before they take over. A sequence of asana and pranayama was provided, as well as guided instruction on how to practice them. Students received tools to develop physical, physiological and psychological well-being and to keep the spirit light.
