Ankles, Knees, and Hips: Stand Confidently on Your Own Two Feet


At his 80th birthday celebration, BKS Iyengar said in his closing remarks that he wanted yoga to give each of us "the ability to stand confidently on our own two feet". This implies physical,  emotional, and mental stability to face the challenges that life puts in front of us. In this workshop, we will begin with the basic foundation of our legs to access the deeper layers of our yoga practice.
